Should you wish to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as you can (before we dispatch it) and we’ll refund you immediately.
Should you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, we will refund the value of the order, but we ask that you cover the cost of returning the goods to us. Please contact us within 14 working days, by e-mailing or phoning. Your refund will be processed on receipt of the goods in a saleable condition.
